At Linden Decor, we strive to provide our customers with high-quality home decor items. We understand that sometimes you may need to make a return or exchange. Please read our policy carefully to understand your options.
Returns
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer an exchange facility. Unfortunately, we do not provide refunds. However, we are happy to help you find an alternative product that better suits your needs. You can return/exchange the product within 5 days after the purchase.
Eligibility
To be eligible for an exchange, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it. It should be unworn, unused, and in its original packaging. Please ensure that all tags are still attached. You will also need to provide proof of purchase, such as a receipt or order confirmation.
Initiating an Exchange

Shipping
If your exchange is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label. You will be responsible for shipping the item back to us at the following address:

Exceptions
While we strive to accommodate all exchanges, there are certain items that cannot be returned or exchanged. These include perishable goods, custom products, and personal care items. Additionally, we do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. If you have any questions or concerns about a specific item, please contact us for further assistance.
Refunds
As mentioned earlier, we do not provide refunds. Instead, we offer the option to exchange your item for another product of equal or lesser value. Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval and assist you in selecting a suitable replacement.
